Property Management Company Policies:
- Pet Policy:
- Small pets under 25 lbs. allowed in select units.
- No new pets after move-in
- Must show proof of Spay/Neuter for cats
- Rent Payment:
- Rent payment through auto-pay system via direct withdrawal.
- Utility Responsibility:
- Tenants responsible for paying their own utilities.
- Property Maintenance:
- Tenants responsible for lawn care and snow shoveling (except in apartment buildings).
- Security Deposit:
- Full security deposit equal to a month’s rent required.
- Move-in Requirements:
- First month’s rent and full security deposit(s) required to move in.
- Guest Policy:
- Residents not permitted to move in unknown individuals and/or new pets; grounds for eviction.
- Subletting Policy:
- Subletting not allowed.
- Background Checks:
- Criminal background checks conducted for all applicants.
- Income Verification:
- Proof of salary required with wage statements for verification.
- Lease Terms:
- One-year lease required, automatically converting to a monthly lease thereafter.
- Satellite Dish Policy:
- Satellite dishes not allowed to be attached to properties
