Renter Qualifications are as follows:

  1. Minimum Credit Score:
    • 600 or higher credit score required.
  2. Verifiable Income:
    • Proof of stable, verifiable income required.
  3. Income Ratio:
    • Net take-home income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent amount.
  4. Clean Background Check:
    • Background check must show no criminal history.
  5. Rental History:
    • Verifiable rental history with positive references required.
  6. Pet Policy:
    • No new pets after move-in
    • $30 pet rent charged monthly for each pet.
    • Must show proof of Spay/Neuter for cats
